Outpatient Hospital Rules Have Changed

For some unknown reason, newspapers and local TV stations continue to report that this is a problem. Don’t get me wrong, it remains to be the source of confusion. HOWEVER, the story should be that the rules have improved substantially, and that if you stay over two midnights, then you will be presumed to have “inpatient” status, thus avoiding much of the controversy.
